Return Policy Overview
At Alocs, we stand behind the quality of our premium streetwear collection. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be free from any signs of wear, stains, or damage
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must not have been washed or altered in any way
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
How to Return Your Order
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label.
Carefully package your items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include your RMA number and original receipt or order confirmation.
Use the prepaid return shipping label we provide. Drop off your package at the designated shipping location or schedule a pickup.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Bank Processing: Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for eligible returns within the US
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as returns and new orders. If you need a different size or color:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website
- This ensures you get the item you want without waiting for the return to process
- If the new item is a different price, you'll be charged or refunded the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Expedite the replacement or refund process
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Process priority replacements when available
Quality Guarantee: If you receive a defective item, we'll replace it free of charge or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs.
International Returns
