Shipping Methods & Times
We offer multiple shipping options to ensure your Alocs apparel reaches you quickly and safely.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Cut-off Times:
- Monday - Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will be processed the same day
- Saturday & Sunday: Orders will be processed on the next business day

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including:
- Standard addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses (Military)
- Alaska and Hawaii (additional 2-3 days for delivery)
International Shipping
Currently, we ship to the following countries:
- Canada (7-14 business days, $15.99)
- United Kingdom (10-15 business days, $19.99)
- Australia (12-18 business days, $22.99)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking Information:
- Tracking numbers are provided for all shipping methods
- Updates are available 24/7 online
- Email notifications for key delivery milestones
- SMS tracking available upon request
Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware of the following shipping restrictions:
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or package forwarding services
- Some remote areas may require additional delivery time
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately
- Certain promotional items may have extended processing times
Damaged or Lost Packages
While rare, we understand that packages can sometimes be damaged or lost during transit.
If Your Package is Damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue
- Replacement or refund will be processed quickly
If Your Package is Lost:
- Wait 2-3 business days past expected delivery date
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact us if the package doesn't arrive
- We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement
